To prepare the dough, mix flour with salt and oil and knead a smooth elastic dough, adding warm water little by little.
Wrap the dough in a film and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
To prepare the filling, grate the onion on a grater and chop the parsley. Combine minced meat with onions, greens and spices, mix well.
Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll each part into thin circles.
Put 1-1.5 tablespoons of filling on half of each circle and spread it in a thin layer. Cover with the other half folded. Pinch the edges with a fork (you can run a brush dipped in water between the edges for a better connection).
Fry yantiki in a dry pan (without oil) on low heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Turning over from time to time.
Serve with herbs and your favorite sauce.
