- Wraps (tortillas or pita bread) 4-6 pcs
- Minced meat Eat me at 1 pack
- Spinach 100 g
- 2 small carrots
- Vegan mozzarella 200 g
- 1 yellow pepper
- Blue cabbage 150-200 g
- Oil for frying
- 1 can of canned chickpeas (250 g of chickpeas + liquid)
- Beetroot 250 g
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Tahina 1-2 tbsp
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Ground coriander 1 tsp
Hummus can be prepared in advance. To prepare hummus, boil or bake beets, cool. Drain the chickpeas, save the aquafaba (liquid from the jar).
Place chickpeas, peeled chopped beets, garlic, spices, tahini and lemon juice in a food processor, pour olive oil. Beat until smooth, adding chickpea liquid a little at a time. Cool down.
Wash the vegetables. Cut the carrot and pepper into thin strips, chop the cabbage, grate the cheese.
Fry the minced meat in oil over medium heat, breaking the lumps with a wooden spatula. Season with salt, pepper and spices to taste.
Spread the wrap with hummus, put the filling, wrap it on both sides and roll it into a roll. Fry in a pressure grill or on a pan under a press. Cut in half and enjoy with additional hummus.
