Ingredients of hummus

- 50ml pomegranate sauce

Preparation of hummus:
Beat all the ingredients from the list for hummus with a blender, put in the refrigerator until serving. (leave a few whole chickpea peas for decoration)

We start cooking "valentines"
Mix 1 pack of minced meat, and all dry spices from the list. Roll out the minced meat rectangle, cut into cubes and make a heart out of each cube. Fry them in a regular or grill pan, or bake in the oven (15 minutes at 180 degrees). Grease each heart with pomegranate sauce.

Serving food
Put hummus on a plate, put minced hearts on top, decorate with chickpeas and pomegranate seeds, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds.
