- 1 jar (400ml) of canned tomatoes

PREPARATION
We start cooking
Pour boiling water over the bulgur for 10 minutes, then drain the water. Meanwhile, cut the root in the cabbage and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes. (or lightly boil in water on the stove).
Fry Eat Me At and vegetables
Chop onions into cubes and grate carrots, fry them in oil. Mix bulgur, minced Eat Me At, fried onions and carrots, star anise, salt - mix everything together.

Put chopped canned tomatoes in a pan or baking dish, add a glass of water (for the vegetarian version you can use sour cream instead of water), add a little salt. Put the formed cabbage rolls in the sauce and simmer for 40 minutes. If you cook in the oven, bake for about an hour at 180 ℃.
