Preparation
Preparation of minced meat
1
Take one pack of minced Eat-me-at and mix well in a deep bowl with finely chopped herbs and paprika. Set aside to marinate.
Prepare the sauce
2
Finely chop the onion and fry with olive oil in a pan for 4-5 minutes until transparent. Then add finely chopped garlic and fry for another couple of minutes.
Meanwhile, put water for spaghetti. Next, cut the tomatoes (or beat in a blender), add salt, pepper, chopped basil and add everything to the pan.
Form meatballs
3
While the water is boiling and the sauce is cooking, take the minced meat and form the meatballs. Put them in boiling sauce and cover with a lid. Stew for 7-10 minutes.
Cook spaghetti
4
Meanwhile, the water for the paste boiled. Add salt and cook the spaghetti for 1 minute less than indicated on the package.
Add the pasta to the sauce with meatballs
5
Add the boiled pasta to the sauce with meatballs, mix and stew for another minute to combine the flavors. If by that time the sauce has evaporated, then add a little water from the paste.
Finish cooking
6
Spread the finished dish on plates and add grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
