The recipe by Nastya Samoilenko
- Vegetable stuffing Eat me at 350 g
- Spaghetti 200 g
- Rosemary 2-3 sprigs
- Thyme 4-5 twigs
- Onions 1 pc
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tomatoes 5 pcs
- Basil 1 bunch
- Olive oil 20 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Grated parmesan to taste
Preparation of minced meat
Take one pack of minced Eat-me-at and mix well in a deep bowl with finely chopped herbs and paprika. Set aside to marinate.
Prepare the sauce
Finely chop the onion and fry with olive oil in a pan for 4-5 minutes until transparent. Then add finely chopped garlic and fry for another couple of minutes. Meanwhile, put water for spaghetti. Next, cut the tomatoes (or beat in a blender), add salt, pepper, chopped basil and add everything to the pan.
While the water is boiling and the sauce is cooking, take the minced meat and form the meatballs. Put them in boiling sauce and cover with a lid. Stew for 7-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, the water for the paste boiled. Add salt and cook the spaghetti for 1 minute less than indicated on the package.
Add the pasta to the sauce with meatballs
Add the boiled pasta to the sauce with meatballs, mix and stew for another minute to combine the flavors. If by that time the sauce has evaporated, then add a little water from the paste.
Spread the finished dish on plates and add grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
