  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 st. l. Worcestershire sauce (can be replaced with soy)
  • 2 st. l. tomato paste
  • 1 cl. water or broth

Boil the potatoes

Boil peeled potatoes in salted water. Mash it, add butter, then stir in the grated cheese.

Start frying the ingredients

Chop the onion into cubes and start frying it in a pan, after a few minutes add the diced carrots and peas. After 15 minutes of cooking, throw minced meat into the vegetables, divide it well. Add 1 cup of water or broth, add Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste, crushed garlic and, if necessary, salt. Stew for 5-10 minutes.

Bake in the oven

Lay out a layer of minced meat in the form, and on top - potatoes. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 ℃. It can be baked in one large child or made as in the photo - in portion molds.
