  • Greens (parsley + spinach) 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tooth
  • Olive oil 1/4 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon or lime juice 1 tbsp

Peel a squash, grate it and boil it until tender. Knead into a homogeneous puree, add salt, pepper and cool slightly.
