- Onions of the average size of 1 piece

- Green peas (frozen) 50 g

- Potatoes 800 g

- Greens (parsley + spinach) 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tooth
- Olive oil 1/4 tbsp
- Lemon or lime juice 1 tbsp
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it until tender. Knead into a homogeneous puree, add salt, pepper and cool slightly.
While the potatoes are cooking, fry the chopped onions and minced meat, season with ground pepper and leave to cool. Pour boiling water over the peas for 2 minutes.
Add flour to the puree, mix well and cool completely.
Add peas to the minced meat and mix.
To prepare the sauce, grind all the ingredients with a food processor.
From the puree to form a "pancake", put a tablespoon of filling in the middle, cover with additional puree, glue and form a potato pie.
Prepared potato pie are breaded in flour and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve with sour cream or green sauce.
