- Minced vegetable Eat Me At
- Onions to mince 1/3
- Red hot pepper, ground
- Ground paprika
- Black pepper
- Cilantro is fresh
Preparation before cooking:
Defrost minced meat Eat Me At. Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees.
Cut onions and garlic
Finely chop the onion and garlic, you can also use a blender or run them through a meat grinder.
Prepare minced vegetables in several stages:
Mix minced Eat Me At with onions and garlic. Finely chop the cilantro and green onions and add them to the minced Eat Me At. Add spices in turn: salt, coriander, star anise, etc.…

Mix the minced Eat Me At so that it becomes homogeneous and all the ingredients are mixed with the minced vegetables.
We make skewers
String the minced meat Eat Me A on skewers and shape along the length.
Bake the Lulia Keba
Spread the skewers on the grill or deck and send in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turn over during cooking.
