Ingredients
- 1 pack of minced meat Eat Me at
- Half an onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of bread crumbs (or stale bread)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 st. l. olive oil
- 2 st. l. flour
- 1 cup vegetable broth or water
- 150 ml of vegetable cream
- 1 st. l. soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
We offer it served with mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. If desired, pre-prepare cranberry sauce: boil 200 g of crushed cranberries with zest and juice of half an orange and 2 tsp. sugar, and before forming the balls put boiled potatoes.
Preparation
We are preparing meatballs
Mix together minced meat, chopped onion, soaked bread crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Form small meatballs no larger than a walnut. Fry the balls in a pan on all sides, keep under the lid for another 10 minutes.
Prepare a sauce based on vegetable cream
Put the pan on the fire, pour olive oil and 50 grams of vegetable cream. Add flour and mix. Pour water or broth, stir for a few minutes. Add another 100 grams of vegetable cream, soy sauce and mustard. Boil until thickened. Pour it over meatballs before eating.
