- Red chili peppers

We start cooking the sauce
Prepare "guacamole sauce" - finely chop the chili pepper, grate the avocado with lemon juice, salt and add the chili pepper.
Prepare scramble with tofu
You need to take the tofu, wrap it in paper, press it on top and bottom with a plate, put it in the microwave for 3 minutes to make it soft, then cut and tear into small pieces. Then add inactive yeast (optional).
Cut the ingredients
Finely chop the red pepper and tomato cubes.
Heat a frying pan and pour oil, add paprika, then finely chopped onions, diced tomatoes, diced red pepper and stew.
Stew tofu and scrambled eggs
Add tofu scramble, continue to stew, add salt, spices to taste, until cooked.
