  • 2 buns for burgers
  • 1 pack of minced Eat Me At
  • fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 purple bulb
  • Lettuce or other greens
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 small tomato (or 2-3 cherries)
  • 1 green hot pepper
  • juice of half a lime

Burger with guacamole sauce - fresh and juicy thanks to lime and cilantro, "peppered" with hot pepper and purple onion.
Prepare guacamole sauce:

Peel an avocado and mash it with a fork. Squeeze the juice of half a lime, add finely chopped cilantro, finely chopped tomatoes and hot peppers and mix well.

Knead the minced meat and fry the cutlets:

Mix thawed minced Eat Me At with chopped cilantro, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Fry the cutlets on a regular or grill pan or bake in the oven.

Cut the purple onion into rings and, if desired, sprinkle with wine vinegar or lime juice. Cut the bun and lay out in layers: guacamole, cutlet, onion, guacamole again, greens and cover the top of the bun.
