- Red onion 1/4 pc
- Ground coriander 1/4 tsp
- Ground star 1/4 member
- Olive oil for frying
- Eggplant 1 pc
- Zucchini 1 pc

- Buns for burgers 3 pcs
- Greek yogurt 150 g
- Cucumber small 1 piece
- Cilantro or mint 1 tbsp
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- Garlic 2 tooth
To prepare the cutlets, cut the onion into small cubes, mix with minced meat and spices. Form 3 cutlets and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
To prepare the sauce, cut the cucumber into small cubes, add to Greek yogurt with lemon juice and zest, chopped greens, grated garlic and salt.
Eggplant and zucchini cut / season with salt and pepper and fry on the grill or pan.
Cutlets also fry on the grill or pan for 3 minutes on each side.
Cut the buns, heat the lights and assemble the burger: spread the sauce on top of the bun / eggplant on top, cutlet, sliced onion rings.
Then add the zucchini and a second serving of the sauce.
