Disassemble the salad and cut the mushrooms

Wash and disassemble the salad into individual leaves. Peel and chop the mushrooms.

Fry the mushrooms and add new ingredients

Pour half a portion of oil on a preheated pan and fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add honey, salt and pepper. Stir, keep on the fire a little more to combine the flavors, and transfer to a bowl, which is then kept warm so that the mushrooms do not cool down.

Form minced meatballs

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with ginger, oyster sauce, pepper and a pinch of salt. Form 3 cutlets the size of buns. And preheat the oven in "grill" mode.

Fry the cutlets

Fry the cutlets in a pan with the remaining oil (2-3 minutes on each side). Drain the butter and add the soy sauce. Cook over low heat for another 4 minutes on each side, pouring soy sauce over the cutlets. Transfer to heat.

Prepare the sauce

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and wasabi.

Cut the buns in half and lightly brown in the oven.

Make the burger

Now everything is ready for the burger! Grease the insides of hot buns with wasabi mayonnaise. Put on the lower halves of the salad, then cutlets, 1 slice of cheese, hot mushrooms, cover with the upper halves and immediately begin to eat.
