- 1 pack of minced meat Eat Me At
- 800g mushrooms (champignons)
- 2 tbsp. paste miso
- bread crumbs
- a few stalks of parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Super fast and easy recipe for mushrooms stuffed with our minced meat with Japanese miso paste. Note that miso pasta itself is quite salty, so salt can be omitted or taken minimally.
We fry mushrooms

Wash and peel mushrooms, remove the legs - we will only need hats (mushroom legs can be added to another dish or frozen). Turn the oven to 180.
Begin to prepare stuffing

Dilute miso paste with the same amount of water. Mix minced Eat Me At, diluted miso, chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Finish cooking

Stuff the mushroom caps and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
