Mini-pies from filo dough with Eat me at and dried apricots (snack)
- Stuffing Eat me at 1 \ 2 pack
- Dough filo 5 sheets
- Red onion 1 piece (small)
- Dried apricots 80 g
- Juice and zest of 1 orange
- Dried apricots
Pre-thaw the dough.
Chop onions and dried apricots very finely.
Fry onions over medium heat, add minced meat and fry, breaking lumps for 3 minutes. Add the peel and orange juice and keep on low heat for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the dried apricots.
Lay the dough on parchment, grease a sheet of dough with oil, put a second layer of dough on top and repeat with all layers.
Cut a layer of dough into squares of 6-8 cm (depending on the shape).
Put each square in the cell of the muffin tin, fill with stuffing and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 °C.
Garnish with extra dried apricots, greens and cranberries.
It can be served both warm and cold.
