- ketchup - 2 tbsp.
- bread - 2 slices (stale)
- milk or water - 100 ml
- Onion 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 tsp. (dried)
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- wine vinegar -1 tbsp. (or regular)
- brown sugar - 2 tbsp.
- ketchup - 150 ml.
PREPARATION
We are preparing the basis

Stuffing Eat Me At, ketchup, 2 slices of bread, water, onion and spices mix until smooth.
Prepare the sauce

Add the ingredients for the sauce to a small saucepan. Mix wine vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and bring to a boil.
Finish cooking

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover the form with parchment paper.
We lay out the basis of the future meat loaf in a baking dish (in the photo a mold measuring 13x23 cm). Grease the bread evenly with the sauce and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
To get a higher loaf, double the ingredients of the base.
