- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Sweet pepper - half
- Garlic - 2 cloves fresh
- Water or broth - 100 ml
- Worcestershire or soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Dry paprika - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Lemon on request

- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Water - 60 ml

Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes / potatoes with a brush, prick the skin in several places with a fork and bake in a preheated oven: 200 ℃ / 40 min.

Pour the oil into the pan, lay out the minced vegetables and fry, carefully dividing it into small pieces.
Add paprika, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, tomato paste.
Cut the bell pepper into cubes and add it to the pan to the minced meat with spices, pour water or broth, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, cook until most of the water has evaporated.

Cut the finished potatoes (sweet or ordinary) along the "pocket" (the whole bottom). Put minced meat in your pocket, sprinkle with green onions or other greens and chili pieces.
