  • 1 pack (500g) of puff pastry
  • 2 packs of Eat Me At
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. semolina
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 500 g of mushrooms
  • 50 g of dried mushrooms
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • A jar of horseradish
  • Salt pepper
  • Oil

Prepare mushroom sauce:

Optional: soak, boil and chop dried mushrooms.

Turn on the oven at 180 ℃. Wash and peel the mushrooms, grind them (in a blender) along with rosemary leaves and Worcestershire sauce. Stew for 5 minutes. on the pan.

Prepare minced meat for bread:

Onions, garlic, 3 tbsp. horseradish, salt, pepper beat in a blender. Mix with minced Eat Me At and semolina.

Form the bread:

Roll out a layer of puff pastry, lay out the mushroom sauce on it, form a loaf on top of it, grease again with the sauce and cover with the dough. Pinch the edges of the bread, bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve with horseradish.
