To prepare the dough you need to mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add oil and kefir, mix the dough well.
Knead the finished dough on a floured surface and leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the nachika. Finely chop the onion and garlic, lightly fry in oil, add minced meat, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fry for another 3-5 minutes, breaking the accumulation of minced meat with a wooden spatula.
Roll out the finished dough on a floured surface into a sausage, cut it into circles and form small thin slices. You can also roll out the dough and cut into circle molds. It is important that the middle of each circle is slightly thicker and the edges thinner.
Put 1-2 teaspoons of minced meat (depending on the size) on each slice and form dumplings. You can make a pigtail or like us - in the form of buns.
Cook dumplings in a water bath on gauze or in a steamer for 7-10 minutes. If you use a steamer, you can lubricate the pan with a little oil.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Grate garlic, mix honey (sugar), garlic, chili, soy sauce and peanut paste with a whisk. Gradually add water until the consistency of the sauce becomes what you like.
