- Spinach
- 1 cup flour
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 pack of minced meat Eat Me At
- Several stalks of parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- Cayenne or chili peppers
- 50 g of olives
- 1 avocado
- coconut yogurt or sour cream
Preparation
We prepare pancakes:

Mix spinach, milk, flour, salt in a blender. If the dough is too thick, add a little more water (we needed an extra half cup). Leave the dough for a while.
Prepare the filling:

Fry minced Eat Me At in a pan with oil, add garlic, parsley, hot pepper.
Bake pancakes:

From this portion you get 4 pancakes, quite thick - so they will keep their shape. Heat a frying pan with oil well, pour ¼ dough on it. Pancakes can be fried on one or both sides.
Make a dish:

Spread a little yogurt or sour cream on each pancake, put ¼ stuffing with minced meat on them, add chopped olives and avocado on top.
