We will prepare dumplings from custard dough, then it will be more "airy" and "light", and will cook less (4-5 minutes) Pour the flour into a deep container through a sieve, boil water in parallel. Add vegetable cream (approximately 50 ml), vegetable oil (20 ml), half a teaspoon of salt and pour a little all this mixture with boiling water, mix first with a fork and then with your hands on the table. When the dough has become uniform, put it to rest for 30 minutes.

Defrost the minced meat. Finely chop the onion and garlic and send them to the pan. Fry until they turn golden, then fry the minced Eat Me At with onions, garlic and spices (3-4 minutes).
