PREPARATION
Prepare the dough for dumplings

We will prepare dumplings from custard dough, then it will be more "airy" and "light", and will cook less (4-5 minutes)
Pour the flour into a deep container through a sieve, boil water in parallel.
Add vegetable cream (approximately 50 ml), vegetable oil (20 ml), half a teaspoon of salt and pour a little all this mixture with boiling water, mix first with a fork and then with your hands on the table.
When the dough has become uniform, put it to rest for 30 minutes.
We prepare minced meat

Defrost the minced meat.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and send them to the pan. Fry until they turn golden, then fry the minced Eat Me At with onions, garlic and spices (3-4 minutes).
We form dumplings

After you let the dough infuse, we start rolling it out and cutting out the dumpling molds.
Spread the minced meat on the dough and sculpt the dumpling.
In parallel, put the water to boil.
Prepare the roast

Cut the onion into rings and fry until golden in vegetable oil (you can use olive or other to taste, you will season the cooked dumplings with it).

Add salt to boiling water and add bay leaf (you can add 10 vegetables if desired)
Lower the dumplings and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Drain the water and add the stir-fry, stir and enjoy the dish.
