Eat me at mincemeat croquettes with mozzarella and spinach

- Vegetable milk 1/2 cup (or 1 egg)

To prepare the filling, grate the cheese, wash and chop the spinach. Pour boiling water over it for 5 minutes and immediately lower it into cold water so as not to lose its color.
Drain the water, mix the cheese with spinach.
Season the Eat Me At minced meat with dry garlic and greens. Mix
Divide the minced meat into 8-10 parts and form balls about the size of a golf ball.
Put about a spoonful of the filling in each ball and wrap it well so that the filling is not visible.
In order to bread the balls, it is necessary to prepare three containers: with starch, with vegetable milk (or beaten egg) and with breadcrumbs.
We roll each ball and dip it in the following sequence: starch - milk - breadcrumbs - milk - breadcrumbs.
Put the finished balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and send to the freezer for at least an hour and a half. At this stage, you can leave the balls as blanks for the future and store them in a container or freezer bag for a month.
Preheat the oven to 180˚С. Heat the oil for frying in a tall saucepan.
Deep-fry each ball for 3-5 minutes until golden, place on parchment and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the finished balls on their own or with sauce. Garlic or sweet and sour sauce is good.
